Fatehgarh Sahib, Sept. 20 -- Delhi chief minister Rekha Gupta on Saturday accused the Bhagwant Mann-led AAP government in Punjab of failing to curb the drug menace, alleging that the "demon of drugs" was expanding across villages and cities.
