India, Oct. 30 -- The Allahabad High Court, while referring to a Manusmriti verse, stressed a husband's "pious obligation" to maintain his wife, minor children and aged parents, as it directed the deduction of 25% of a bank employee's gross monthly salary as maintenance to his wife and daughter.
