Ludhiana, Dec. 16 -- A 21-year-old man has been booked for sodomizing an 8-year-old boy on the pretext of buying kites, police said. Police have lodged an FIR after the victim's father registered a complaint against the accused, who is their neighbour. In his complaint the complainant said that his son was playing in the area on Sunday when the accused lured him to buy kites and took him to his house. "When my son returned home we spotted blood spots on his clothes. On being asked, he told us that the accused lured him to his house on the pretext of buying kites and sodomised him," the victim's father added.
