Chandigarh, Aug. 15 -- Eleven Haryana Police personnel, including the inspector general of police (IGP) will be awarded the President's Police Medal for distinguished service and the Police Medal for meritorious service, an official spokesperson said after the Union ministry of home affairs announced these medals on the eve of Independence Day. Sub-inspector (SI) Sushila Kaushik, presently serving with the state vigilance and anti-corruption bureau has been selected for the President's Police Medal for Distinguished Service. The 10 police personnel selected for police medal for meritorious service are IGP Nazneen Bhasin; deputy superintendent of police (DSP) Jitesh Malhotra; inspector Rajiv Ranjan; inspector Rajbir Singh; SI Sanjeev Kumar; SI Sandeep; SI Ramphal; ASI Pawan Kumar; ASI Praveen Kumar and ASI Anil Kumar....
