Mohali, April 14 -- A man died and another sustained injuries after a bread delivery vehicle crashed into a parked road roller inMullanpur on Saturday. The victim, Ashnish, died on the spot while his co-passenger Gokul sustained injuries. The incident took place in the early morning hours. Gokul told the police that the road roller had no indicators, reflectors or lights. A case of death by negligence and obstruction of public way was registered against an unidentified driver. In another case, an elderly man succumbed to his injuries in a crash on April 8. The victim, Nirmal Singh, a resident of Khuda Lahora, was returning home when a speeding motorcycle hit his bike near the new Mullanpur police station.
