Chandigarh, May 19 -- The Haryana building and other construction workers welfare board has developed a mobile application-ShramMitra- aimed at digitising the traditional labour hiring system. Labour minister Anil Vij on Monday said the app will modernise the conventional "labour chowk" model for hiring labourers by creating a digital platform for workers and employers.
