You're the ugliest woman I've come across: Apara recalls the words that ended her marriage
India, July 26 -- Actor Apara Mehta, known for her role in the TV serial Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi, recently opened up about her equation with her estranged husband, actor Darshan Jariwala.
Recalling the conversation that changed the course of their relationship, she told Hauterrfly, "It was our wedding anniversary, and I was in the USA. Reflecting on how she processed those words, the 65-year-old said, "I simply left for my shoot. Later, I thought, 'What did Darshan just say? He couldn't have meant it.'"
Apara further revealed that Darshan eventually moved out of their home, but their bond has remained cordial over the years. "He just left home one day, but the doors are always open. He'll never find anybody like me, and I'll never find anybody like him. We can still complete each other's sentences," she shared.
Apara and Darshan, who tied the knot in 1980 and have a daughter, actor Khushali Jariwala, have been living separately since 2003, though they are not legally divorced....
