India, May 21 -- Actor Salman Khan had a tense exchange with paparazzi outside Mumbai's Hinduja Hospital on Tuesday night after photographers followed him and repeatedly shouted the name of his upcoming film Maatrubhumi to grab his attention. As the actor exited the hospital premises, visibly irritated by the shouting and cameras, Salman confronted the photographers and asked, "Pagal ho gaye ho?" He also questioned how they would feel if one of their own family members was admitted to hospital. The photographers were later heard apologising to him. Soon after the videos went viral online, Salman took to Instagram to express his anger over the incident. Calling out the lack of sensitivity, the actor wrote, "Pic imp hai ya life?" while criticising photographers for trying to create content during a personal and emotional moment. In a series of strongly worded posts, Salman also reminded paparazzi that while he has always interacted warmly with the media, there should be boundaries during hospital visits and family emergencies.
