Kuldeep Yadav set to marry on Saturday
India, March 11 -- After India's victory at the ICC Men's T20 World Cup, Indian cricketer Kuldeep Yadav is preparing for a new innings in his personal life as he gets set to marry his childhood friend Vanshika on Saturday, March 14 in Mussoorie, Uttarakhand. The pre-wedding festivities will begin on March 13 and are expected to be an intimate affair attended by close family members and friends.
The couple has also planned a grand reception on March 17 in Lucknow, where friends, relatives and several prominent personalities are expected to bless the newlyweds. The guest list is likely to include officials from the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), along with well-known names from the entertainment and business worlds. Several current and former members of the Indian cricket team are also expected to attend the reception.
Kuldeep and Vanshika had announced their engagement on June 4 last year.
Kapil Pandey, Kuldeep's coach, confirms the dates saying, "In November, the wedding was pushed to due to the cricket matches but now it's a perfect timing. Kuldeep is in a very happy state of mind and so are we." He adds, "They have known each other since they were children and came closer after his U-19 days. Later, Vanshika went to Melbourne, Australia for her higher studies."...
