Fitness influencer shares simple habits that helped her lose 14 kg
India, May 12 -- Weight loss is often associated with crash diets and intense workout routines, but these are not the only contributing factors. Making sustainable lifestyle changes plays a crucial role in ensuring long-term results. Lifestyle blogger and fitness influencer Srishti Krishnan, shared in an Instagram post the everyday habits that helped her lose around 14kg and reach her goal weight of 53kg.

Srishti said, "I used to finish my plate in 5 minutes. Slowing down literally helped me eat less because my body finally had time to say, okay that's enough."
Drinking a full glass of water before meals became a simple yet powerful habit for Srishti, which helped shed 14kg.
