Chia seeds vs flax seeds, a weight loss face-off!

Chia seeds are tiny, and swell into a jelly-like structure when soaked. Flax seeds are larger, flat, and have a nutty flavour. Both provide protein, calcium, fibre, and vitamins, but which supports weight loss better?
Both seeds aid weight loss but through different mechanisms. Flax seeds' soluble fibre slows digestion, reducing hunger and keeping you full longer-great for controlling calories. Chia seeds absorb water and add bulk to meals, promoting fullness, though flax seeds may be more effective in this regard.
