India, Sept. 25 -- A fter being spotted together several times since the summer, American rapper Cardi B and German-Nigerian footballer Maduka Okoye have sparked romance rumours once again. This time, a video shared by a fan account on X shows the pair seemingly engaged in a flirty conversation while having drinks at an after-party during Milan Fashion Week. Rumours that Cardi, 33, and Maduka, 27, were dating first emerged after they were seen together at the Jean Paul Gaultier show in July, where they sat in the front row. That same week, photos of the two laughing together on a balcony at another event also surfaced.
