India, Sept. 21 -- South Korean singer-actor Cha Eun Woo was allegedly targeted by a woman in her 50s who planted listening devices under a cafe table in Seoul's Yongsan District. Police said she allegedly installed the devices twice in August while Cha was meeting an acquaintance and was caught while returning to remove one. According to South Korean media, Yonhap News Agency, the woman was initially taken into custody but was later released and is now being investigated without detention for violating South Korea's Communications Secrets Protection Act. Police have not publicly disclosed a possible motive or confirmed whether any private conversation was actually recorded. The actor is yet to comment....
