India, April 18 -- B LACKPINK member Jisoo has come under scrutiny after reports linked her brother, Kim Jung Hoon, to a sexual assault case in Seoul. According to the Seoul Gangnam Police Station, a man in his 30s, identified as Mr A, was arrested on April 16 for allegedly purchasing a "date ticket" with a female streamer and sexually assaulting her. A "date ticket" typically allows fans to spend time, such as over a meal, with online streamers. While the police have not officially disclosed the suspect's identity, a Korean news outlet used blurred images of Jisoo and her brother in its report, leading fans to speculate that the accused could be Kim Jung Hoon. The streamer alleged that the accused paid 3 million South Korean won for the meeting and had assured her there would be no sexual contact.
