Sri Lanka, May 14 -- The Welipenna interchange on the Southern Expressway, which was temporarily closed, is now reopened, according to the police. This interchange was previously shut down due to flooding in the area. It seems the water finally decided to recede, allowing motorists to resume their journey without needing a boat.
