Sri Lanka, Oct. 5 -- Water supply to several areas will be suspended for 48 hours from 9:00 AM tomorrow (06) until 9:00 AM on the 8th due to essential maintenance work at the Katugastota Water Purification Plant.

The National Water Supply and Drainage Board stated that the water supply will be suspended in the Uduwawala, Rajapihilla, and Gonigoda areas.

Issuing a notice, the board requested the public to use the stored water with maximum economy.
