Sri Lanka, Sept. 27 -- Elevating the global profile of Ceylon Tea, New Vithanakande Ceylon Black Tea (FFExSp) has entered the Guinness World Records as the most expensive tea ever sold.

"This is not just a win for New Vithanakande, but a global spotlight on the unmatched quality, heritage, and craftsmanship of Ceylon Tea," said, COO of New Vithanakande Tea Factory, Pubudu Gunasekera.
