Srilanka, Nov. 10 -- Unrest erupted at a garment factory in Kahagolla, Bandarawela.

The situation stemmed from an attempt to close the factory without paying wages to its employees. A group of employees from the factory alleged that the company did not pay them their due wages for three months.

Subsequently, Bandarawela Police arrived at the location, intervened, and successfully defused the situation.
