Sri Lanka, July 19 -- Two suspects directly connected to the fatal shooting of a youth in Vadurammulla, Korathota, Kaduwela on July 16, were arrested by the Police.

The financier who provided the cash contract for the murder and the motorcyclist who transported the shooter to execute the shooting were arrested following extensive investigations into the incident, the Police Media Spokesperson's Office noted.

Two armed individuals arriving on a motorcycle targeted and shot a youth dead in the Vadurammulla area on July 16.
