Sri Lanka, Oct. 22 -- Traffic congestion was reported in several areas, including Barber Street Junction on Armour Street, the area near the Maligawatta Mosque, Sangharaja Mawatha, and Bloemendhal Road, due to heavy flooding.

Police said the situation was caused by roads being submerged in water.

Drivers using these roads are advised to drive with caution.
