Sri Lanka, Sept. 25 -- Three judges who recently received appointments as new High Court judges were sworn in before Chief Justice Preethi Padman Surasena today (25).

The swearing-in ceremony took place at the official chambers of the Chief Justice.

Accordingly, Judges P. Sivakumar, Anandi Kanagaratnam, and Lalith Kannangara took their oaths as new High Court judges before the Chief Justice.

Secretary to the Judicial Service Commission Prasanna de Alwis was also present at the occasion.
