Sri Lanka, Oct. 30 -- Three employees injured in an emergency incident at a factory on the Meepe - Ingiriya road have been admitted to the Homagama Base Hospital.

Police say the incident occurred when a diesel barrel inside the factory exploded while being welded.

Further investigations into the incident are underway.
