Sri Lanka, Sept. 26 -- The javelin imported from Sweden for javelin champion Rumesh Tharanga was handed over to him in Japan on the 24th.

The javelin was imported by the Ministry of Sports on behalf of Rumesh Tharanga.

The javelin throw event in which he is participating at the Asian Games is scheduled to take place on the 28th.
