Sri Lanka, Oct. 14 -- The main shooter and a rider belonging to the group of 'Palani Canister', who is said to be an organized criminal and a large-scale drug trafficker operating from abroad, were arrested by the Special Task Force along with a firearm and narcotics.

According to information received by the Intelligence Division of the Special Task Force, during a raid conducted, these two suspects were arrested along with a shot-cut type firearm, 05 bore-12 ammunition, 22 grams and 340 milligrams of Ice narcotics, a mobile phone, and a travel bag, according to the Police Special Task Force.
