Sri Lanka, March 5 -- Two individuals on a motorcycle opened fire at a residence in the Mathugamakanda area of Mathugama around 11:30 last night.

Police stated that no injuries occurred during the incident.

The identity of the suspects and the motive behind the shooting remain unknown as investigations continue.
