Sri Lanka, July 31 -- Individuals arriving on a motorcycle opened fire near the Mirissa junction, injuring a person who received subsequent admission to the Matara District General Hospital.

Police Media Spokesman's Office stated that a 34-year-old fishing vessel skipper sustained injuries from the gunfire.
