Sri Lanka, July 18 -- Three suspects arrested over allegedly demanding bribes to facilitate organised criminal Hararak Kata have been remanded further until the 28th of this month.

Colombo Chief Magistrate Asanga S Bodaragama issued the order yesterday (17) regarding the suspects Charith Abeysinghe, Rakhitha Rajapaksa and Aruna Sri Chathuranga.

Several high-ranking police officers and a Buddhist monk are also connected to this incident, the Bribery Commission told the court when the case was called.
