Sri Lanka, Aug. 7 -- The Grade 05 scholarship examination for the year 2026 is scheduled to be held on August 09.

The examination will be held at 2,723 centres islandwide, and the total number of applicants appearing for the examination is 294,089, Commissioner General of Examinations Indika Kumari Liyanage said.

All tuition classes, lectures, seminars, and workshops linked to Grade 05 scholarship examination were concluded at midnight on August 05, and the Department of Examinations notified that the ban will remain in force until the scholarship examination ends.
