Sri Lanka, Oct. 21 -- A group of students from the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Ruhuna, who were arrested following a clash that occurred after a cricket match, has been remanded until October 28 by the Matara Magistrate's Court.
The clash erupted between second-year and third-year students of the Faculty of Agriculture, reportedly originating from a disagreement over scores during a cricket match held on Sunday (19).
Although the initial dispute was resolved amicably, tensions escalated again yesterday (20), leading to a physical altercation.
Around six students sustained minor injuries in the incident.
