Sri Lanka, April 10 -- A special Presidential Commission, headed by a Supreme Court Judge, has been appointed to investigate the entire coal procurement process dating back to 2009, Minister Bimal Rathnayake announced.

The Minister shared this information during today's parliamentary session.
