Sri Lanka, June 18 -- The postmortem examination of the body of a physiotherapist, which was found inside a car parked near the Teldeniya Base Hospital, is scheduled to be conducted today.

Police investigations have revealed that multiple injuries were found on her neck.

However, no information has yet been reported regarding the whereabouts of the man alleged to be her boyfriend, who is being suspected to be linked to the death.

The deceased (34) was a physiotherapist, who had previously worked at Ampara General Hospital and later resigned. And a resident of Pallalla in Kurundugoda, Weligama.

Investigations have further revealed that she had stayed with her alleged boyfriend at a lodge in the Nuwara Eliya area from June 3 to 16.
