Sri Lanka, June 8 -- Police have removed a protest platform (staged hut) erected in front of the Colombo Fort Railway Station as part of an ongoing satyagraha campaign.

The structure had been set up by opposition groups in support of former State Intelligence Service Chief Suresh Sallay.
