Sri Lanka, April 15 -- The Sri Lanka Navy announced the successful conclusion of a goodwill visit by two Pakistani warships, 'PNS TAIMUR' and 'PNS ASLAT', which departed the island after participating in a bilateral naval exercise.
The Sri Lanka Navy bid farewell to the vessels at the Colombo Port following naval traditions after their arrival on the 12th.
During the stay, Captain Niamat Saeed Khan, Commanding Officer of 'PNS TAIMUR', and Captain Nadir Mateen Afridi, Commanding Officer of 'PNS ASLAT', met with Rear Admiral Jagath Kumara, Commander of the Western Naval Area, at the Western Command Headquarters.
