Sri Lanka, Aug. 6 -- The racket defrauding money belonging to Aswesuma beneficiaries at the Norwood Divisional Secretariat, which has the highest number of Aswesuma beneficiaries in the island, rose to Rs. 16.2 million, audit investigations revealed.
