Sri Lanka, Sept. 22 -- Corruption and scams are rampant across various sectors under the present administration because President Anura Kumara Dissanayake remains blind to them, according to Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna national organiser and Member of Parliament Namal Rajapaksa.
