Sri Lanka, Sept. 16 -- Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa was ordered to be remanded until September 23 by Colombo Fort Magistrate Pasan Amarasena today (16) after being named as a suspect by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) in connection with alleged financial irregularities and money laundering involving the acquisition of Airbus aircraft. The magistrate announced that a ruling regarding bail will be delivered on the same date.
