Sri Lanka, May 31 -- A massive number of devotees from all corners of the island gather at the historical Mahiyangana Raja Maha Viharaya sacred grounds today, on the commencement day of the Hiru Uththama Dhatu Wandana organised jointly by Hiru TV and Hiru FM for the noble triple festival of the Supreme Buddha.

This gathering takes place with the aim of worshipping and receiving blessings from the authentic Kapilavastu Sri Sarvagna relics.
