Sri Lanka, Aug. 3 -- A special discussion has been held between the Lanka Workers Congress and the Indian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka, Santosh Jha.

The meeting took place today (3) in Nuwara Eliya, where they discussed land rights for the people in the hill country and obtaining land ownership for houses being built with financial assistance from the Indian government.

Santosh Jha stated that he will try to complete the housing projects as soon as possible and undertake additional development projects.
