Sri Lanka, Aug. 18 -- Colombo Chief Magistrate Asanga S. Bodaragama today (18) ordered the release of former Mass Media Minister Keheliya Rambukwella, who was arrested by the Bribery Commission in connection with an incident where he allegedly caused a loss of 14.3 million rupees to the government by providing two office assistant posts and four driver posts to the Rupavahini Corporation at a time when they were not required, on two personal bails of 5 million rupees each.

The court also issued an order imposing a foreign travel ban on the suspect.
