Sri Lanka, Oct. 24 -- The Government of Japan announced a public logo design competition to commemorate the 75th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Japan and Sri Lanka in 2027.

According to Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the winning design will serve as the official logo for a series of commemorative events planned to celebrate the milestone and strengthen relations between the two countries.

Citizens of Japan and Sri Lanka can participate regardless of age or country of residence.

Participants must submit their designs by 13 November 2026 via email to japansrilanka75@mofa.go.jp with the subject line "Logo Entry."
