India and Sri Lanka hold inaugural cyber consultations in Colombo
Sri Lanka, Oct. 6 -- India and Sri Lanka have held their inaugural bilateral cyber consultations in Colombo to strengthen cooperation on digitalisation and emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence.
An Indian delegation comprising Director General of CERT-India Dr Sanjay Bahl and Joint Secretary for Cyber Diplomacy at the Ministry of External Affairs Amit Shukla called on Deputy Minister of Digital Economy Eranga Weeraratne.
Talks centred on cybersecurity governance frameworks, AI-related challenges, threat assessments, and best practices in capacity building and incident response.
