Sri Lanka, Sept. 29 -- A consignment of approximately three tonnes of anti-tuberculosis medication arrived in Colombo aboard an Indian Air Force C-130J transport aircraft.

Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar announced the delivery, emphasizing his country's ongoing commitment to supporting Sri Lanka's public health infrastructure.
