Sri Lanka, Oct. 8 -- Preliminary objections raised by the defendants requesting the dismissal of a case filed by the Bribery Commission against three defendants, including former State Minister Shasheendra Rajapaksa, were rejected by the Colombo High Court.

The relevant case will proceed under the existing indictments, Colombo High Court Judge Ravindra Premaratne ordered.
