Sri Lanka, July 25 -- A Sri Lanka Air Force Bell-412 helicopter made an emergency landing earlier today (25), at the Takshila College playground in Horana.

Air Force Spokesperson Group Captain Eranda Geeganage stated that the landing was due to adverse weather conditions.

The helicopter had taken off from the Ratmalana Air Force Base this morning for a training session.

After a brief stop at the playground, the aircraft safely departed and returned to the Ratmalana Air Force Base.
