Sri Lanka, Oct. 3 -- Students and staff at Hatton Highlands Primary School are reportedly in fear due to a pack of foxes constantly roaming near the school's playground.
The school operates under the Hatton Zonal Education Office.
Teachers at the school say the foxes emerge from a nearby tall grass reserve adjacent to the playground and come close to the area in the mornings, where they can be heard barking.
Due to the persistent presence of the animals, teachers stated that children are currently unable to play in the school's playground.
The Principal and teachers are urging relevant authorities to capture the pack of foxes and release them in a more suitable location, away from the school premises.
