Sri Lanka, Aug. 25 -- Cabinet Spokesman Minister Dr Nalinda Jayatissa says the government has not yet taken a final decision regarding the proposal to raise the minimum age limit for driving three-wheelers to 40 years.

He made these remarks while answering a question posed by a journalist during the Cabinet decision briefing held today (25).

Commenting on the matter recently, Deputy Minister of Vocational Education Nalin Hewage stated that the government expects to properly regulate three-wheeler driving.

He had said that a proposal has been made to increase the minimum age limit for driving a three-wheeler to 40 years.
