Sri Lanka, Sept. 13 -- President Anura Kumara Dissanayake stated today (13) that the current government has successfully established the necessary legal and social framework to properly punish corrupt individuals and criminals in Sri Lanka.

Speaking at a public rally held at the Kahatagasdigiliya weekly fair grounds, the President declared that a suitable environment has now been created in society to bring corrupt persons and criminals to justice.
