Sri Lanka, Oct. 2 -- The Colombo High Court ordered the case against former minister Duminda Dissanayake and a Kazakhstani woman named Aigul Shergasina, who are named as defendants in the incident involving a gold-plated firearm seized at the Havelock City housing complex, to be called on November 4.

The case was taken up before Colombo High Court Judge Udesh Ranatunga.

At that moment, Duminda Dissanayake and Aigul Shergasina, who are named as defendants, appeared before the court.

Since the president's counsel appearing for the defence was in poor health, the court ordered the case to be postponed again to November 4 for pre-trial conferences.
