Sri Lanka, April 3 -- A strike will be launched by the Government Medical Officers' Association (GMOA) starting at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow (04).

The move is being taken against the unfair and arbitrary transfer process carried out by authorities, doctors say.

The association emphasises that although authorities were informed of this matter on several previous occasions, a fair solution has not been received yet.
