Sri Lanka, Oct. 28 -- A 15-year-old girl who was under the care of her grandmother died suspiciously yesterday afternoon (27) after falling from the third floor of the Layaards Broadway housing complex in Grandpass, the Grandpass Police stated.

The deceased daughter is named M. Rushdi Rada.

The police state that the girl's mother and father work in Qatar, and the girl grew up under the care of her grandmother.

The police state that the grandmother was at home at the time the girl met with the incident, and upon checking following a noise that occurred, the girl was lying injured, and she died while receiving treatment after being admitted to the Lady Ridgeway Hospital for Children in Borella.
